This is the flat rate for services which the project completion time is unknown. For small projects, the total payment would be due upon completion of the project. For larger projects, a down payment may be required.

Assembly of pre-assembled furniture of any size.

Assembly and installation of basic ceiling fans at standard ceiling heights. Installations of more advanced fans or at higher ceiling heights, may not be available.

Assembly and installation of basic light fixtures at standard ceiling heights. Installations of more advanced light fixtures or at higher ceiling heights, may not be available.

Mounting of blinds, curtain rods, finials and associated hardware.

Replacement or installation of door knobs, latches, latch plates, dead bolts, hinges and stops. The cost includes all hardware. Just knob/handle replacement will be a lower cost.

Replacement or installation of cabinet pulls, handles or hinges.

Installation of custom tile backsplashes. We will gladly assist in selecting products and design choices.

Installation or replacement of faucets, drains and related hardware.

Mounting, leveling and spacing of most wall décor. For basic installation, hardware will be provided if needed. Smaller items may be combined in a bundled cost.

Mounting and leveling of TV's up to 65". Mounting hardware may be provided at an additional cost. NOTE: Installation of outlets is not included as a certified electrician is needed for this service.

We are available for small indoor painting projects. Basic needed materials will be provided and we can offer assistance with paint selection if needed.

We are available for small landscaping projects as well as landscape maintenance.
